FeedMySEO is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform designed for professionals (B2B) that automatically generates SEO-optimized articles using Artificial Intelligence technologies.

Our checkout process is managed by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment-related customer service requests and processes refunds.

As a result:

• Paddle is the entity that sells you the service and issues the invoice.
• Paddle is responsible for secure payment processing and tax management (VAT).
• For any billing or payment questions, you can contact Paddle directly via https://paddle.net or our support at [email protected].

• Registration: Access is provided via email/password or Google OAuth. The user is responsible for the security of their credentials.
• Fair Use: Use of the service must remain consistent with normal professional use. Any abusive use (scraping, excessive automated requests outside the intended API, attempts to bypass credit limits) may result in immediate account suspension.
• Security: In case of suspected fraudulent use, immediately contact [email protected].

• Plans: Full access requires a subscription (Monthly or Annual) or the purchase of one-time credit packs.
• Renewal: Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each period, unless cancelled by the user before the expiration date.
• Credit validity: Unless otherwise specified for a particular offer, unused monthly credits are not carried over to the following month. They are reset on each subscription anniversary date.

• Payments are secured and managed by Paddle. FeedMySEO does not store any banking data.
• Right of withdrawal: In accordance with the terms of our reseller Paddle, you have a 14-day period from your purchase to request a refund, without having to provide a reason.
• Refund policy: After the 14-day period, no refund will be granted for a subscription period that has begun or for credits that have been consumed. For any refund request, contact [email protected] or Paddle directly via Paddle.net.

• By the user: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account area. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.
• By FeedMySEO (Suspension): FeedMySEO reserves the right to suspend or terminate, without notice or compensation, any account in the event of a violation of these terms, non-payment, or use that compromises the integrity of the platform.

• Platform: The code, design, brand and structure of FeedMySEO are the exclusive property of FEEDMYSEO.
• Generated content (Output): The user holds the rights to texts generated via the platform, subject to compliance with the general terms of the third-party AI providers used by the Service. FeedMySEO does not claim any ownership rights over your generated articles.

• Best efforts obligation: FeedMySEO commits to providing the service with diligence, but is only bound by a best efforts obligation.
• No SEO guarantee: FeedMySEO does not guarantee any specific results in terms of search engine rankings.
• AI accuracy: Content is generated by AI and may contain errors. The user is solely responsible for verifying and publishing content.
• Maintenance: Access to the service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or updates. FeedMySEO will endeavor to limit such interruptions.
• Force Majeure: FeedMySEO shall not be held liable in the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control (internet network failures, infrastructure or third-party API provider outages, cyberattacks).

The collection and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

• Severability: If one or more provisions of these terms are held to be invalid or declared as such under any law, regulation, or following a final decision by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall retain their full force and effect.
• Modification: FeedMySEO reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
